About the Chef
Chef Ines (“eye-nezz”) Martin has been working in culinary arts for the last 20+ years. She attended the French Culinary Arts and also graduated from the Culinary Arts in Long Island. A Native New Yorker, Chef speaks Spanish, and some French and Portuguese. She enjoys incorporating all these cultural differences into foods.
Chef owned and operated two restaurants; one vegan, and the other: an American-French eatery. In both of these restaurants, she has created ideas from the menus for every aspect of the business. She has worked many levels in the restaurant industry from intimate gatherings to corporate events (2 to 2000 attendees) and cooking demos for young adults. Chef has volunteered in giving a cooking demo for fundraisers.
Chef Martin’s background in cooking comes from French cuisine, Spanish cuisine, Caribbean cuisines, New American Modern cuisines to Southern cuisines, and some South American cuisines.
Chef Martin is an experienced pastry and bread maker and scratch-made pasta maker.
Ms. Ines is here to provide you with fresh, superbly crafted gourmet dishes for all your fine dining and dinner party experiences. Chef Martin loves to bring flavors to your dish, always prioritizing the quality of the ingredients. Her inspiration comes from intricate details and passion for the ingredients that make the dish shine. Of course, we only use the best and accept no substitutes.

Kelly has 15 years of experience in the retail and hospitality industry that allows her to foresee clients’ needs. She pays attention to fine detail and is will always striving to help her clients bring their vision to life.
